This is day 27 of my Comcast nightmare. I ordered Triple Play Premier bundle on July 15, 2013. Since then I have spent 6.5 hours on the phone, had 2 technician visits, installed 4 defective DVR's and it's getting worse instead of better.
12 of my channels disappeared and I was told it was because I didn't have Premier service. They billed me for all the channels but I'm not recieving them. When I sent a copy of the bill to support they said they cannot change my package because of an "open ticket" related to phone Porting. I requested that my old ATT number be ported three weeks ago.!!!
so here I am. Stuck paying for programming I'm not getting, paying ATT Uverse to keep my account open so Comcast can port the number and STILL no telephone.
Whether posting this will do anything that talking to14 different Comcast people in 4 different departments couldn't do remains to be seen.
Maybe a complaint to the FCC will help.
