I used one of BestBuy express vending machines at SFO to buy a Pebble Steel watch.

Unfortunately 2 times I got a technical error at check out process and on the 3-rd time successfully got a Pebble Steel watch. No any indication that purchase was processed at error screen. A few minutes later on my credit card, I got 3 transactions from bestbuy.

The problem is that my credit card has been charged 3 times, instead of just once, despite of error screen "Purchase can not be processed, try again later"!

My first experience with BestBuy express vending machine seems to be bad -  I had to pay 3 times the price of a single product!

I try to contact Customrt care by phone and got some IVR which do not provide me any option to explain what my case is. Totally unusefull.

Does anybody knows whom to contact regarding payment issues with BestBuy express vending machihnes ?

Is it possible to be refund for incorrectly processed payments or to stop using those "bestbuy express vending machines" ?
