After waiting days for my pre ordered note to be shipped they shipped me two amd charged me 349 when the phone is 299. Tried to call and cancel the other phone the rep said she couldn't do it because the order was in process. The all of sudden they shipped both phones. Now I have to pay a restocking fee for a phone I didn't order. What happened to the low price guarantee?
