HERE ARE THERE LIES AND THEFT POLICIES-following was from when i moved in feb. 2014 copied, saved- luckily smart me- and now pasted and commented because im tired of ALL the 18-25 calls each lasting an hour or more w transfers or pass arounds or LOTS of hang ups without even talking, just the fact that they've messed up so bad they dont even want to deal with me! This is AT&T's policy to their "Rewards and/or promotional features" MY COMMENTS AND WHAT I WANT DONE ARE IN RED. THE BLACK PRINT IS YOUR (AT&T) PRINTED AD WORDS AND JOKES, I MEAN POLICIES :
Total Home DVR functionality available for up to 8 TV's and requires a receiver for each additional TV at $7 per month each.they charge me$8. Access to HD programming requires $10 monthly HD Technology Fee. I have regular hd tech and they still charge me $15 for it! this says $10 tho.HD Premium Tier available for an additional $7 per month.
Prices, programming, and offers subject to change without notice. why? that is not fair! so today they can go back on their contract with me? and change prices without some notification? no no no my friend. High Speed Internet service requires a modem/router and may also require qualifying local service.which atnt lady moving my service lied to me said i had the highest 18mbps or 25 mbps and i only have12 but getting charged for 18. overcharging>stealing. A $6 monthly High Speed Internet equipment fee may apply.i get charged for this only i don't get high speed internet and they wont change it for me. liars>theives. Service and speed not available in all areas. U-verse High Speed Internet may be affected by the use of other U-verse services. then don't charge for it where its not necessary, i don't get speed in my area informed 5th time after calling so why am i still being charged for it? Wireless networking may require adapter, purchased separately. it says purchased here. well then i’m keeping it. I was told i had to rent the adapter for $8 a month or some shhh. but this is in their guidelines so I'm keeping it. lets see what else they lie about that is in their guidelines.

I have NEVER gotten my $150 reward card, i was never on any other u-verse offers! i was told I get $30 off my bill though, but i do not see that. wait, it does say -$30 on bill but its not relevant bc bill was jacked up $30 spread around on different places. im holding one bill next to anothers at my old address. so they pretend I'm getting $30 "off." Someone send me my $150 reward card dammit! I've called over 19 times inquiring and been on chat 3 x and tried emailing and was told 2x that a manager would get back to me. never did.

Please everyone read this and make sure AT&T make good on their end of their deal with you. they steal, lie and cheat they will do anything to get a deal, especially lie. They don't even pay taxes on shhh bc their employees don't speakO no Elgiss. haha I did this last week after a measley $10 reward card for my bothering them.. (got in a car accident and someone at the scene stole my whole wallet so card included..) and they AT&T said they can only help if there is a balance on the card. Well DUHH i called while there was a balance on the card and no one would help!! it took 2 days to get thru to someone who wold help. by then of course there was no balance!! so needless to say NO ONE AT AT&T HELED ME FILE A CLAIM!! liars. stealers, cheaters, backstabbers, devils, addicts, greedy, white collar felons

2- if you sign up for paperless billing-(bill will go to only your email) you'll also get a $10 reward visa card!!!!
I signed up for both and never got either card BUT maybe you'll have more luck and get what is promoted, promised and printed under their policies. please check up on these two promo's i just typed bc they were available a month ago not sure if they are still valid. but probably!! I just want big companies to fulfill their promises to customers, it is awful because I have to have AT&T there is no where else to go no one else is allowed to post up here, california and every other state should let more competition be produced, allowing more jobs, more choices maybe get some economy flowing here! -just saying Well wishes to those being ripped off by another large, customer relationless, corporate store!
