I am so frustrated and feel ripped off......Im an average 42 yr old woman that looks up restaurants information news blogs and has Instagram....... But I get FREE messages from AT&T adding 1GB for $15.00 because I'm over my plan of 30 shared data. Then AT&T offers and suggest I purchase WIFI for $15.00 a month for unlimited Internet use while at home. But can't comfortably use my phone away from home worried about overages.
Now my question is what is the difference in $15.00 every 1GB ***AND*** $15.00 UNLIMITED Internet!
My bill is ridiculously high due to these overages. I am a first time customer looking for good service but now I rather pay $45 a month for unlimited service that may drop a call or have no service sometimes.
