Network Services & Support, Inc is seeking an eager, responsible and knowledgeable VoIP Systems Administrator who can handle a mix of VoIP related issues, system administration, and basic project management work. Candidate MUST have Asterisk and/or SwitchVox experience and capable of handling support related issues, as well as, new customer installations on either platform. Experience writing technical documentation and using a ticket system is a big plus. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment, self-motivated, dependable and possess organizational skills.
