Crocodile Love Story - A simple Time Pass Entertainer
Synopsis : Kiran works in a computer service centre after completing his B.Tech course. Nithya works in an IT Company. These two childhood friends meet each other in a yoga class after long years. They then eventually fall in love with each other. But the parents of Nithya's family were against their love. Kiran and Nithya happens to visit a small island due to a specific reason. Then a crocodile enters to that island. The incidents that occurs to the life of them after the entry of the crocodile forms the rest of the story.
The variety title of this movie prompted me to watch this for the first day first show. Iam quite happy with this movie. This would have been a usual love story if Crocodile was not there. But the entry of crocodile made this film an interesting one.
On the making side, Direction by Anoop Ramesh is satisfactory when considering him as a debutant director. Script by Sabari Sankar was an impressive one. There is no vulgerness or actions or double meaning dialogues in the script. All the comedies were situational comedies and told in a nice way. Animatronics technique used for creating the crocodile was done beautifully. Originality would be felt at almost all the scenes showing crocodile. The one and only song was good. On the negative side, first half of the movie had little lag at some parts.
On the acting side, Praveen Prem and Avanthika Mohan did their roles well. The character of Kiran was well suited for Praveen and did that role prefectly. The rest cast includes Ashokan, Manikuttan, Kalabhavan mani, Prem kumar etc. All of them did a satisfactory performance carrying humourness in their roles.
On the whole, Crocodile Love Story is a romantic comedy entertainer. Recommended for all those who love time pass entertainers. Go and catch this crocodile from your nearby Cinemas.
