Why does dxva2 cause choppy playback? it's not dropped frames. Ignore the 16 dropped in the screenshot below as it was from me pausing and seeking and such.
Disabling hardware acceleration fixes the problem, but it makes no sense to me.
Is there something bugged specifically with hardware acceleration.
The same problem happened when I was on a 460 and a 680 as well.
Here is an example of a movie playing with dxva2 enabled.
