I had a battle in the campaign that ultimately by WOT customer support failing to compensate me and my teamates for there personal fame points, and so causing me to fall 10 fame points short of  NOT getting a bonus tank. HOW many others had the campaign glitch that WG acknowledged - there were glitches, but still just don't care about. I guess IF I were in one of the TOP 25 clans it might have been taken care of. I guess that players that have been 4 year premium members with probably $4,000 + spent in game just don't qualify as one of there top concerns. Here is the tickets with WG's I don't care about your puny concerns attitude. I know this sounds like a ramble but with WG not handling there Tickets in a timely manner (27 days), for 1 of these 2 tickets, causing players to hate there processes and driving players to WARTHUNDER and ARMOURD WAREFARE.

Compensation was provided automatically based on the Provence in question to the clan. Compensation was not provided to individual players. - cc clan fame points were awarded to the clan but NOT to the players . causing me personally to fall 10 fame points short in the campaign but the wins we had as a member in the clan battles I was averaging 33 -40 personal fame points per win and 11-13 for a loss. The battle in quesstion should have given me a minimum of 44 personal fame point and moved me up into the last few getting a bonus tank.

Tonight the Darksiders Clan was in the Lumbago Landing at 10 pm CT and we beat Armored outlaws 10-1 but when the game ended the game results said it was a draw. I have 3 screen shots from in game that shows it was a win by my team and that there was plenty of time left on the clock 9:12 min remaining when there last tanks was killed. We feel that we were screwed out of the fame points for not only that round but any other further points that we could have won. We were charged the costs of the tank repairs, the ammo and satisfaction of winning more games. What can we get in compensation??? FOR each player???!! As the only player in our clan that is as of this time qualifying for a tank something should be done. TYVM

We here at Wargaming NA would love to see the match in question, as we're aware of both clans in question and that would have been a great matchup we'd love to see!

That being said we would like to request that you send us replays of any games where you feel that there have been false outcomes reported by our system. Additionally, please provide the time(s) that you would like us to pay particular attention to.

To check if your client (or one of your clan mates' was set up during that match) is set up for recording your battles, please select your "Settings" option and then check to see if the mark "enable battle recording" is checked.

If it is not, then you have not been recording any of your battles. To enable it, simply check it. After that, all your battles will be recorded and saved to the "replays" folder within your World of Tanks game directory. After selecting this battle recording option, please restart your game.

If you have been recording battles, then to access a replay, navigate to:

C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\replays

Replays are listed in order by Date/Time/Country/Tank/Map

For example:

20130501_1858_usa-Sherman_Jumbo_10_hills

On May 1 2013 at 6:58PM A USA tank Sherman Jumbo was played on Hills.

If we can get the replay then we can move forward from there.

This was downloaded to WOT replays and it plays from the link by 3 of the officers of Darks. Battle just stops after last tank killed and EVERYONES game crashed after the game without giving battle results just posted ERROR.

The fame points that were not credited to our team and to my personal fame point total could just be what keeps me in the rankings for the campaign tank. AS of today with only 2 days left in the campaign I am at 1995 in the totals and am in the precarious point of not getting the tank at this time those few fame points just may be what I need to keep in the running. The ticket times are just way to long for this simple process.

Just as i was afraid of the campaign has ended this ticket has NOT been taken care of and at the last hour of the campaign I have fallen off of the leader board that would have given me 1 of the premium tier tanks ( my 1st real shot at one in over 4 years of playing WOT ). Here is how I figure this out in my mind.

I finished the campaign with 6878 fame points with the last tanker getting the premium tank was 6,888 fame points, So I fell 10 points short.

On that day 1-17-2016 our wins averaged 55 fame points and our losses averaged 11 fame points for the clan. The tank i was running during the game shows on the replay that I had 2 of 10 kills from my team. As the game glitched out and gave both teams NOTHING for the battle. This battle should have added 55 fame points (by average) to the clan and whatever should have been my percentage of those fame points. PLUS an additional minimum of 11 more fame points for the next battle IF we would had lost.

So the minimum fame points that we lost as a clan should have given me personally 66 more individual fame points which would have moved me up in the fame point ranking. This being said 66 points that would have me ending somewhere in the range of 6974 or number 2205 of the players with the last player getting the tank was number 2229. with these calculation being said I qualified for the tank by 24 places.

The referenced ticket. Ticket #714639 says that I should have received the premium tank from Campaign 4. I have attached 2 pictures showing that I should have recieved the tank with all the other players in the fame point rankings.

Here is the rules for the prizeing:
Clan Rules for prizes

“3.12. Prize tanks will be awarded as follows:

"Tanks will be awarded using the Clan licenses system among Clans with the highest scores in rankings. Players who received Clan licenses are not included in personal standings.

After Clans have been given their licenses, leftover tanks will be distributed among players in the personal standings according to the wildcard system. Players who received wildcard licenses are not included in personal standings.

Any other leftover tank licenses will be distributed among players who placed the highest in the personal rankings. To receive a tank as an individual, you don't need to be a Clan member at the end of the campaign.”

If you qualified for the prize tank, when you navigated to the Global Map you should be able to have chosen your prize.

PLZ send me the last fame point that received the tank in question and also answer me this.

I ended with 6878 fame points but with the Ticket #714639 still being unresolved There should have been 30-40 unawarded personal fame points because of this I lost the tank be JUST 10 fame points.

Here is a response from Alex Murphy stating that clan points were awarded to the clan from Ticket #714639, BUT 0 personal fame points were awarded. HAD these points been awarded I would have received the tank.Where is the justice from this glitch in your system?

Really Possible battle outcomes.... I showed you the replay with my team winning 10-1 and with me 2 of the 10 kills. Guess you have your standards and I have mine. I am planning on posting all of these tickets on the WOT forums to see IF other players feel that this is the right way to solve these DEVELOPER ISSUES...
