So I read the post on the Vehicle Recovery Online Tool. Basically allows players to buy back premium and special tanks you got during special events and limited-time offers. Here is the process you will need to follow.
To my question. Since Karl is a special tank received during a special event / limited-time offer will players have the option to recover Karl through the VRT, if they so desire?
