The following self service options will be unavailable:
• My Account via iPhone app, Android app and www.vodafone.co.nz.
• 777 On Account IVR - Account Balances, Credit Card Payments, PUK Codes.
• 888 On Account IVR – Account Balances, Credit Card Payments, PUK Codes.
• 777 Prepay IVR - Credit Card Top Up, PUK Code, Change Pin.
• Text Provisioning – On Account Text Bal
•  Bill On Demand, On Account vlive Payments
• Usage and Balance information

 

NOTE: Prepay customers will still be able to manage their add-ons, but please bear in mind there is a small risk that additional outages could be caused by this planned work.

Please note that our customer services team will also be unable to assist you with inquiries relating to the above during this time.
