Because it seems to be a recurring issue that some people who ask to be contacted don't have PM or email enabled, I decided to write this post so anyone who wishes to explain someone how to enable forum email or PM can simply share this link (right-click and choose to copy the link):

So here we go:
How do I enable receiving forum email or private messages (PM)?
Click on Forum Actions > General Settings

By clicking your user name, you can see how other people see your profile. If you've done this correctly, you'll notice the 'Send Private Message' and 'Send Email' options.
