Hi, Thank you for your message saying you don't support the browser I'm using. As a matter of fact, I am using Chrome which is one of the supported browsers according to your website. I have retried the transaction today (using the same browser) and it has gone through successfully.

Actually using google chrome on a mac operating system falls outside the 95% of popular combinations. If you do experience further issues, I can suggest you use the safari browser, as this is the most popular browser on a mac operating system (chrome actually falls outside the 97% most popular)
