Bus stops are near. East Falls Church metro is the closest stop - but just under a 1.5 mile walk. You can drive to West Falls Church and park there. We are close to HWY 50/Arlington Blvd, Seven Corners, HWY 7/Leesburg Pike, and near Interstate 495 and Tysons Corner.
Average utility costs:
Electric: $50 per person
Wireless Internet: $30.00 per person
Water bill is every 3 months and averages $55 per person (so averages $18/month)
