probably your best bet, is to try looking in the 'site announcements' forum board, and looking for threads-posts on new releases... or maybe just try looking online (googling) for alex' blogs on~of new quest releases, maybe...

otherwise, Alex has been too busy working on QuestKit (the new~next generation of Quest), to document his last releases of normal quest.
maybe some of the stuff in the section on questkit talks about updates in the last versions of normal quest.
