When was the last time you updated the firmware? A new firmware update was released within the last 2-weeks, not to mention the issue you have described sounds like a lack of proper inertia that was resolved 2 or 3 firmware updates back. Also note that some have indicated that the Tacx Utility app would indicate the firmware was up to date when they knew new updates were available for which the resolution required uninstalling/reinstalling the Tacx Utility app.
