Hi all, found this forum via google and thought it might be beneficial to register. Just bought my first Qashqai and its an 09 Silver Qashqai Tekna 4wd 2.0 petrol with 30k on the clock, collecting next Saturday morning. Best part of it all its ex mobility and it is in prestine condition, not a single mark in or out.
Spec: Keyless entry, Full black leather with heated seats, bluetooth, power folding mirrors, Sat Nav, Factory Tints (Dark), USB AUX, Xenons, Pan roof, N TEC type wheels with grey spokes. Not sure if any of the above are extra's but i think its got a good spec.
Will post pictures when I can.
Plans for end of month pay day that 100% will be done depending if it behaves and doesnt cause me any issues. Pics before and after will be done.
Lighting: all the below to be changed to SMD L.E.D's and cree's.
- All Interior lights including boot light and possibly vanity mirrors depending what bulb they are
- Numberplate lights - 501's I think
- Sidelights to match Xenons - 501's
- 382 Cree's for reverse lights
- Tailored car mats
- Short style aerial (Black only).
Month after that:
- Boot mat or rubber boot liner
- New Phillips Xenon bulb's 6k colour (I want to know if it is possible to fit 55w ballast's as the 35w ones are good but the 55w you cannot beat) I think the bulbs are D2R's
- New high beams - will have to match Xenon colour or get close
- Cree Fog Lights - H11's I think
- Possibly try and find updated Sat Nav SD card.
Wish list for future depending on funds.
- Have wheels done gloss black
- Black mirror covers after the wheels have been done
- Spoiler
- Upgraded speakers - Will try and find 2nd hand Bose from another QQ or some JL audio's
