Hello, I have a question about how to get the blueprint, the old npc still selling craft grade E and artisan grade E, in temple black dragon even sell craft grade D and input r2 even sell craft grade C, but time was a new npc in fishn hole that sold artisan grade D, C and B but no longer. Is there any way to get blueprint artisan grade D, C or B? because they no longer fall from mountros were falling before the killing but not anymore; or somewhere where there still appear? because you can not level up just creating craft takes a lot, you need to create artisan to use the blueprint grade A. Anyone know how to get Artisan Blueprint grade D, C and B?
