I have scamadvisor.com as a shortcut on my Win7 StartMenu

When I clcik on the shortcut this is the result

From a DDG search result list connection to

is successful
Pasting "http://www.scamadvisor.com/" into the adress bar of PaleMoon (and IE) I end up at the "Redirection Error" as above ... again!
