We have upgraded our website

from Opencart 1.5.5.1. to 2.0.1.1 together with an upgrade from our theme, but now we are experiencing a problem and that's called a fatal error:

Kulerthemes was the designer of this layout, but they are out of business since last month. But I have no idea how to fix this problem. Can anybody help us? I don't understand anything from above.
