In a recent discovery it has been announced that Salman Khan will be launching his own brand of smartphones called BeingSmart. The bollywood megastar already owns a clothign range called "Being Human" and recently registered "Being Smart" trademark for his smartphone business in a report published by Economic Times.

The smartphones launched under "Being Smart" will target entry level to mid level segment of smartphones. Costing under 20,000 these smartphones will be manufactured in a plant in China which the actor has already selected. An operations management team is also being brought up with ex-executives from Samsung and Micromax for the project. The mid range smartphones will compete with brands like Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi.
