Your standard main floor tile allowance is $24m2 maximum 450x450mm format, you can go to Di Lorenzo Hamilton on a Saturday and work out how much it will cost to upgrade to another tile, it will cost you the difference per metre, plus a laying cost of you want larger than 450x450. Upgraded colour grout is about $18m2 by the time they supply the bags of grout and the labour charge
