I just got a message saying it was disabled, then my pin was reset, and now my mailbox setup has been wiped.... 
Sorry for the Inconvenience cause , It looks like you had sent an email to the provisioning team (Ticket ID: 6288237), saying that the Voice mail was still not working, this is the reason why the Voice mail service was re-set.
