**Typo, Upgrade Smarty 3.1.21 to 3.1.31**
Although cs-cart is working on the next update (v5) with twig, we still want to get some performance back. Therefore I would greatly appreciate it if smarty could be updated as it includes a lot of performance tweaks and optimizations. Just take a look at the changelog (at bottom of post):
I should also note that the next big update of smarty is coming, 3.2 of which the core is reconstructed and will improve performance for a fair amount.
