Since this is such an amazing helpful community, i hope someone can help me
out with a non reaper question ; finding the chords in a chordprogression in this piece, from legendary Dubfire / Deepdish:

Check the chord progression at 3.50.
If i am hearing correctly, just 4 chords, but the mood they bring gets into my gut to be honest.
(i realize the sound used is very important for this too).
So very curious about the used chords
Maybe a real musician among us can shed a light on this please ?
