Well, not cake, but a prize. The contest is to mix a song from Mike Senior’s excellent free (for non-commercial use) library of raw tracks - “Stop Messing With Me” by Sven Bornemark, a catchy little blues tune. Only eight tracks, pretty easy to get a handle on (here’s an MP3 preview). The experiment - you can only use effects that are included with Reaper. To make things easier, here’s a link to a Reaper project with all audio files (zip, 227MB).
Here's the thread for submissions, and from that will make a poll (or polls) for voting - for this contest, going with the most votes equals the winner, let’s see how that works out.

Rules are pretty simple - all entries must be submitted by March 2nd, and the winner must post the project file to the stash (or whatever works best for you). Voting will close on March 7th, with the winner to be announced on the 9th.
