Dear member of the forum, I posted a message here because I meet an issue with my config.
I can play a video playlist without any issues when I am using the sdi output in 108050i but my problem is if I keep connected the sdi input to send a live feed but sometimes I use it because I am working with my videoswitcher during the playlist mode.
What's happend when I directly use my videoswitcher but I keep playing my playlist to the sdi output.
My playlist will keep running but without any sounds and when I turn off the videoswitcher and restart casparCG "RedCast W" my playlist will works correctly with a sound the problem is I can't use casparCG "RedCast W" to play a playlist if i use in the sametime my videoswitcher.
I also have an another problem is when I choose to use to use the sdi input Inside CasparCG "RedCast W" the server says :
device_index
=2
=decklink device not found.
Could you please help to resolve these issues ?, I am working on it from 3 days but I don't find a way to make it work correctly.
It would be greatly appreciated
