The Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) has issued a warning regarding the company Intelvita Markets Limited. It gives investors following information: “The FSC Mauritius has recently been apprised that INTELVITA is falsely purporting to be regulated by the FSC Mauritius and to hold a Category 1 Global Business Licence issued by the FSC Mauritius under the name of INTELVITA Markets Limited.”

Intelvita offers its services as “ivitaforex” thorugh the website ivitaforex.com. In its footer it the company is named as “Intelvita Capital Corp.” At first glance, ivitaforex looks like any MetaTrader 4 Forex broker, but the website unfortunately contains loads of untrue information, for example following (from Regulations):

Furthermore, the “broker” claims to have an office in London which is hardly true either.

We could go on, but we don’t need to. Intelvita Markets Limited / ivitaforex isn’t regulated anywhere and isn’t afraid to lie to customers. We advise our readers to stay away.

The full warning from the FSC can be found here.
