Mumbai style mysore masala dosa recipe with step by step photos
Mumbai Mysore masala dosa is typical street food recipe you can found in mumbai and other places.
The recipe of mysore Masala dosa mumbai version is bit different. to be frank, I like mumbai style mysore dosa more. This is Mumbai’s own version of Mysore Masala Dosa. The traditional Mysore Masala Dosa features chutney-smeared dosas with a simple potato masala rolled inside it.

Mumbai’s street vendors offer a more exotic version, in which crispy dosas are rolled up with a unique masala of chopped and grated veggies perked up,potato masala with pav bhaji masala. This gives it an absolutely peppy and ‘local’ taste, as well as an interesting mouth-feel! This snack is nothing short of a complete meal, when served with hot sambhar and fresh coconut chutney.
If you guys remember, I have shared authentic mysore masala dosa recipe before on blog.In mumbai style, vegetables like cauliflower, capsicum, onion, tomatoes and classic potato masala.
The taste of masala enhances when pavbhaji masala is added. Pav bhaji masala is the heart of this style of dosa recipe. you should not avoid it.

You need to have dosa batter and potato sabzi before you proceed making this dish. also works great with leftover dosa batter.for the potato sabzi, please refer to potato masala for dosa recipe. you even add some boiled & mashed potatoes spiced with a bit of red chili powder,  garam masala powder turmeric powder and salt.
hope you guys will appreciate this recipe.
