Because we use cooked rice here, These rice pakoras are very crispy outside and soft inside.many of you might have use rice flour to few recipe for giving crispiness.
You can even cook fresh rice for these "Chawal Ke pakore".
As i have told, It is very easy to make. All you need to do is, chop your favorite vegetables,Add some gram flour As binding agent and just mix it. You batter is ready.

The consistency of Chaval ke pakora 's batter is quite thick. please be care-full while adding water.
I suggest you to add water Only if needed. If you cook plain rice pressure cooker then the rice moisture is enough. but if you use alternative method to cook rice, then little water is required.
Rice moisture is also depend on type of rice you use. Like here, I used cooked basmati rice which becomes little bit after boiling and cooling.

These Rice pakoras tastes great with green chutney.
