Blogging has taught me very important lesson of my life-" Not to Give up". Well, I am now coming back to my recipe post.

Today's post is all about simple recipe-Gobi matar.Gobi is called Cauliflower in english. It the most common ingredient and i guess there few of people who dislike cauliflower.
I have so many variations of Gobi to share here but as of now i am sharing this common recipe which is perfect for Every day meal.
I want to make it very simple so avoid frying step. There are many people who follows different preparation method like they first deep fry gobi pieces and then use them in curry. But i am directly using pieces in recipe.
The HERO of this recipe is Ginger. Ginger has very prominent flavor which makes this Subji refreshing. You may adjust the flavors according to your taste.
The rest of the ingredients i used is very common like onions, tomatoes etc.
One more thing i wanted to note here is, I am using Homemade Frozen Green Peas here.you can always use fresh instead. This recipe comes under "Dry-Subji" category
