Pamela Drucker Mann has helped drive strong revenue growth at her Conde Nast division. In 2014, Drucker Mann added Epicurious to her portfolio, soon founding a new business division, The Food Innovation Group, selling industry-leading good content brands Bon Appétit and Epicurious with the Shopper's Network together for the first time.  In 2015, revenue increased 80 percent vs. 2011. Total revenue was up 21 percent in 2015 FY vs. 2014 FY. Drucker Mann has led FIG to dramatic growth across all platforms: video, digital, social, and print. FIG saw a 1,000 percent audience increase from 2011-2015. Total audience in 2015 was 76.5 million. Magazine Media 360 total audience growth for January – December 2015 vs. January-December 2014 for BA/Epi was 33 percent, good for highest growth within the food competitive set.

In October 2015, Drucker Mann created the FIG video network. According to the MPA 360 January 2016 audience release, BA is first in video growth of all brands at 360 percent growth. No other food titles are on the list. BA/Epi made three of MPA’s 10 top-10 lists for total audience and one top list for video.

Due to her stellar efforts, Drucker Mann was named Condé Nast CRO of the Year and the winner of the three-year award, which recognizes innovation that leads to revenue. She was also named Advertising Age Publishing Executive of the Year and Bon Appétit was No. 1 on the “A List” and brand of the year.
