Hey teens,
Several things to tell you about. First of all, FLOW is finished for the year! It has been a crazy, tiring, but awesome year and we are all excited and encouraged through the ways God has worked in each and every one of you. For you grade 9s, best of wishes to you, as you head to high school, and to Lighthouse Fellowship! To the grade 7s and 8s, we cannot wait to spend another crazy year with you next year! Tentatively, we plan to start up again in September, but more details TBA!
Secondly, while this is tentative, we are planning on shutting down flowfellowship.com. However, do not fear, as we will be opening our next website under the Westside domain so it is easier to find, and streamlined with the rest of the church's domain. More details again TBA!
Finally, this Saturday is Canada Day, but on Friday and Saturday there is a city-wide event called HOPE150. This is intended to be a Calgary gathering of Christians to celebrate what God has done for us in the past 150 years of being an official nation, and for the next 150 years to come! More information can be found at hope150.ca, including the schedule and when you can get free breakfast! Hope to see you all there, and have a safe summer :). Don't be a stranger and say hi to us counselors!
