FloSports is looking for a Project Manager to work within the content team to manage coverage and content executions across all of our sports channels. The Digital Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for data and will work with the Chief Creative Officer to track and manage metrics and budgets that keep editorial operations on-task and within company expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and manage staff travel and contract hire expenditures to insure that content needs are met while working within the budget framework

Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the content team’s key performance indicators (KPIs)

Create weekly and monthly reports, as well as additional requests that arise

Establish checkpoints to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments involved in the creative development and activation process including design, development, engineering, content sales and operations teams

Provide monthly forecasting overviews by working closely with the core team members

Analyze the execution and performance of multiple verticals against internal traffic expectations and raise red flags when adjustments are needed to meet goals

Identify and develop opportunities for improving processes and practices for greater efficiency and higher quality

Provide statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel

Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment and/or within digital media

Experience with and knowledge of the technical aspects of digital media and the digital marketplace

Tech savvy and ability to thrive under tight deadlines within a fast-paced, team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of internal teams

Ability to identify problems and solutions, streamline systems and set standards

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Have passion for athletes and the sports that they play

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

2+ years prior hands-on experience with web analytics

Advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills

Working familiarity with online analytic tools (Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Comscore, SQL)
