Thought I’d share one of my recent weddings with all of you as I tried out a few new-to-me rose varieties which you might find interesting. I’m completely smitten with Salma by Nevado Roses. It is a great rose to go with David Austin Juliet Roses. Also, with this wedding I tried out Peterkort’s Wendy rose, usually I favor the Moonstruck variety.

Bridal bouquet with Juliet garden roses, polo roses, milky way roses, Salma roses, pieris japonica, dusty miller, sedum, scabiosa pods, and eucalyptus.

The bridesmaids bouquets included succulents, scabiosa pods, salma roses, polo roses, milky way roses, seeded eucalyptus, Juliet garden roses, and peach stock.

Salma by Nevado Roses is the Peach Rose.
Milky Way rose by GreenRose is the bottom one, just like Vendela Rose. I did hear a rumor that it is the same rose with a new name?

Top and top right is David Austin Juliet garden rose. The bottom two roses are Salma by Nevado roses. I love how these two roses work together, the Salma is quite large and takes up more space in designs.

Pieris Japonica

Dahlias from my cutting garden!

Peterkort’s Wendy Rose, a nice spray rose. Great for boutonnieres and corsages!
