Pilates is a form of exercise that allows the participant to build a strong foundation and develop proper alignment. It focuses on core activation as well as working the deep stabilizers. Pilates will tone the entire body leaving you feeling long & lean and can be modified for any fitness level.

Lift Your Bottom & Tighten Your Core: Improve you posture, lift your bottom and tighten your tummy with this intense Pilates class. Props Needed: A towel or strap. Props Recommended: A bolster or cushion.

Yoga, Pilates & Sculpt Fusion: This barre class is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Sculpt. You will tone your entire body head to toe. You will leave feeling stronger with an elongated physique.

Quick & Consistent Burn: Get some arm work in as your tighten your tummy and strengthen your legs. This is a short workout with a quick and consistent burn toning the body with every rep. Props Needed: Bands. Props Suggested: A yoga mat.

Beginner Pilates: This is the second beginner series where you can feel confident as your body learns new movements. This series will help you gain strength in you abdominal and it will also assist in achieving your best posture and alignment. Mat or Blanket required if practicing on a Hardwood Floor.

Pilates 101: This is Pilates 101, this will help clarify the positioning of the moves in your body. You will also learn how to engage the pelvic floor muscles. This workout will improve posture and alignment.
