Today, I want to talk to all of the ladies out there that are struggling a bit with their transformation. I know it can be tough and a lot of times you might just feel completely lost.

It’s ok, I’ve been where you potentially are now and have assisted thousands of women all over the world in reclaiming their motivation, inspiration and will power to get amazing results.

When starting a coaching program with a client I let them know right away, it’s not how much they can do in one day to get what they want. It is how little habits can become big dreams over time.

Imagine 6 months of education and discipline – what would you look like?

Would you want to see results like:

If you are wanting results like these 3 women.

Pay attention to this blog post.

Many of these women have worked with trainers in the past that are obsessed with fixing them; disciplinary types that see you as having issues.

A good coach sees you as whole, complete and awesome to start with; our job is to get you to see it mentally, physically and sometimes even on a deeper level.

Once you start to see how great you really are, your motivation muscles will help push you farther and faster than ever before. It will become a rock solid habit that stays with you for the rest of your life.

In fact most of the clients I’ve worked with 1 on 1 or in a group setting are amazed at how good it feels to be healthy that they quit their full time jobs to become health and wellness coaches as well.

This is my personal mission as a coach. To transform 10 million people, I know I can’t do it alone…so my goal is to help you embrace how awesome you really are, how vibrantly beautiful you truly are and then go out into the world and help others. We’re in this together, right?

It starts with the right information and taking action to get it done.

Today, I’ve taken the most common ‘practical’ questions and problem areas I’ve seen with my female clients and turned it into a list of the top 11 pieces of advice I give.

1) Putting yourself first! Stop putting your health and your goals on the back burner. This is your time to shine. It doesn’t mean that you are going to neglect your family or other responsibilities, only that you are going to start taking care of yourself. When you take care of you (mentally and physically), you are more present, energetic and responsive to your family, work, and life.

2) Drink more. Not wine silly Water. Our country is in a state of chronic dehydration. Often when people are hungry they could be dehydrated. Try increasing your water intake and see if you notice less hunger throughout the day. (Put lemon in it, for an alkalizing treat).

3) Graze all day! When I first started my transformation I was eating all day long. Most women are simply not eating enough. You gotta eat the right things as well. I’m not talking about chips and candy, but lean protein, veggies and a little fruit and nuts. REAL FOOD!

4) Start with the Whydentity everyday. This is the process we use with our coaching students – It’s the mindset side of transformation. We ask a series of questions as to why you really want to get in shape and it helps you stick with it.

Consider creating a list of goals based on you whydentity and putting them on to a vision board. This will help you actually visualize your goals and why you want them. Proper motivation is one of the most powerful tools for women so you want to make sure you put a lot of time into this one.

5) Affirmations are key to building long lasting motivation. Figure out a few good affirmations and repeat them daily. When you are struggling, these will assist you. Put positive words/quotes on your mirror, refrigerator, screen saver etc.

6) Language is powerful. Start choosing words that motivate you and declare you to already be where you want to go! Instead of “I can’t do that,” say things like, “I’m not at that level yet, but soon.” You get my point.

7) Keep a food / mind journal. This gives you a chance to look at what you’ve been eating and how it’s affected your mood, spirit and motivation. Once you see how strongly your food intake plays a part in your emotions – you will immediately start to make better choices in the kitchen, at work, or on the road.

Tip: Take progress photos to visually track your success. Stay away from the scale. I find that especially for women, the scale can have a negative and obsessive effect.

8) Buy more workout gear. (Get sexy)  How you feel is ultimately going to increase your intensity and motivation to stick to and advance in a workout plan. If you are feeling a loss of motivation – go buy yourself some new workout clothes – this should move you. Reward yourself with new workout gear, mani/pedi, new lipgloss etc.

9) Take a group class. Group classes are amazing at getting people to show up and build your motivation muscles. PS. I’ve done some of the Butts and Guts classes – ya’ll are not messing around. It’s a lot of work. Great exercise.

10) You gotta lift weights. When I tell women this, there first response is often…I don’t want to get too big! Trust me, it is going to take a lot more hours in the gym for you to put on any noticeable muscle growth. It’s great for toning and burning fat though.

11) Do a juice cleanse. This is a great way to build up momentum initially with your weight loss. It also helps reset your taste buds. We’ve outlined a whole system for doing this and losing weight.

12) Join a powerful community of other women and men that have done what you want to do and are going through it with you. Everyone has questions throughout their weight loss journey and it’s nice to have support.

My personal favorite thing to tell clients to do, is to do an Alpha Reset followed by a program that can help hold you accountable and tell you exactly what to do. If you are looking for help. Start our 90 Day Challenge here.

When you start the 90 day challenge, you will be given a mentor to help guide you through the program. Someone will be there for you to answer your questions etc.

After the first 5 days you will feel better than you have in a very long time.

Imagine waking up with more energy for what you want to get done during the day.

Imagine feeling a renewed sense of willpower and motivation.

Your time is now, stop sacrificing yourself Fitlifer and let’s make this happen.

Listen to what other people are saying about this program.

These are real comments and the results may vary.
