My client is currently seeking a Senior Organisational Change Manager to join their team on a 3 year fixed term assignment across a large program of work within the field mobility space. The program will provide a single solution to meet business mobility requirements with the flexibility to provide functionality to replace many of the current paper based field processes. Successful implementation and utilisation of the mobility solution, will see my client as one of the leading smart utilities within the market. This role will work alongside the Program Director as one of the senior roles within the program team. You will be involved in the selective tender process for the software vender to be used for the mobility solution. The role will also be involved in the development of the business case prior to the establishment of the program team, design build and testing of the solution and subsequent implementation of the solution. Leading and working as part of a team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the program change management strategy. You will identify the people change impacts across the program of work and deliver comprehensive change and communication plans, working collaboratively with line management to implement the change management approach. You must come with experience in managing process and cultural change programs in large complex environments and managing end to end change activities on transformational programs. Experience across the delivery of tactical change activities as well as working strategically, would be ideal for this role. Experience in having worked within large utilities as well as field mobility programs would be highly desired. The program will affect 1100 staff, therefore experience working across a program of similar scale would be ideal.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of all aspects of organisational change Develop and negotiate approval of change strategies and supporting plans (Stakeholder engagement, communication, training) to ensure an appropriately structured approach and practise is in place and stakeholders are fully consulted and involved in the change. Lead the development and delivery of impact and readiness assessments to the ensure the organisations readiness is assessed, risks are identified and managed to minimise business impacts.

Experience and skills required:

5-10 years experience working as an organisational change manager on a similar scale, scope and change impacts programs of work (essential). Must come with experience in working across a minimum of two large programs with multiple project deliverables across the program. Previous experience working as a change manager on Business led IT projects Knowledge and experience working with culturally diverse workforce from executive staff, managers, supervisors, engineers, technicians, field staff, systems operators and maintainers.
