My clients product offering includes a national data access network, ISP services, carrier grade IP voice, Cloud solutions and managed services.

About the role

Partnering with the Sales teams, you will be responsible for engaging with enterprise customers and partners to ascertain requirements and communicate appropriate solution offerings to maximise business agility and return on investment. Working closely with account managers on the more technical aspects of solutions, you will form the link between the commercial and technical aspects of the sales process.

Duties & responsibilities

Extensive experience working with a range of Telecommunications business solutions

Ability to communicate effectively at a high level across a range of organisations and industry's

Ability to translate customer requirements into appropriate solution offerings and communicate customer ROI

Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and commercial audiences

Skills & experience

Technical knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN (layer 2 & 3) network and business applications including VPN, Storage and Disaster Recovery

In depth knowledge of VoIP and Unified Communications

Experience with Cisco, Polycom and Broadsoft unified communications solutions

Ability to develop documents and materials to support the sales process demonstrating a high level of written and verbal communication skills
