JP Gray - Brussels - For the EMEA headquarter of an American company based in the north of Brussels, JP Gray is currently looking for a "Procure to Pay" Manager. You will report directly to the EMEA Finance Director and the scope of your role will be vendors for 6 legal entities. You will have the opportunity to build your own job and team since this company decided to in-source its "Procure to Pay" activities in the next coming months in Brussels. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the administrative procurement process (approval delegation, purchase requisitions and validation, invoice validation and settlement, payment proposal, analytics, users training, ...) - Vendor master data management - Management of the accounts payable team (3 individuals) - Driving Procure to Pay results - Deployment of the Procure to Pay strategies in collaboration with the Finance Director - Drive change within the Procure to Pay process, develop "best practice" and build process. - Process improvement - Maintain ... - Permanent - Full-time
