This is the most comprehensive plan offered by Zuji and is ideal for international travel. You’re covered for:

How do I apply for Zuji Travel Insurance travel insurance?
Compare policy options. Each policy provides a different level of cover, so make your decision is based on your journey type and the destination.
Get a quote online. Enter your travel plans into the quote engine to get an idea of how much you’ll be paying for cover.
Read up on what’s covered. Be sure that everything and everyone you’d like insured is covered by the terms of your contract.
Additional cover. If you need extra cover for holiday activities, pre-existing medical conditions or valuable luggage, check to see whether you can apply for additional cover.
How do I make a claim with Zuji?
Call AGA. Get in touch with AGA’s claims team and an agent will walk you through the process. It’s possible that your claim will be settled over the phone.
Attach documents. Each claim will require a different set of supporting documents. For stolen property, include police reports, receipts and proof of purchase. For medical emergencies, attach medical certificates and doctors’ reports.
Full disclosure. Provide all relevant information when you apply for the policy and file a claim. Whether it’s about pre-existing medical conditions or the party responsible for an accident, you must be honest with your insurer. False or incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Zuji Travel Insurance FAQ
Q. What are the age restrictions for each policy?
A. The Comprehensive and Australia Only policies are available for travellers aged 81 and under. The Medical Only and Cancellation Only plans are available for those aged 76 and under. Multi-Trip is only available to those aged 71 or under.
Q. Who provides assistance in an emergency overseas?
A. Allianz Global Assistance handles all emergency assistance services and also manages the benefits of your policy. You can get in touch with AGA at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q. What is the duty of disclosure?
A. You are obligated to be honest and complete in your application. If you don’t comply, your claim may be reduced or even cancelled.
Q. What is covered under the trip cancellation and luggage protection policy?
A. You can choose to have cancellation costs and luggage covered for between $500 and $3,000.
Q. How will my claim be paid?
A. Your claim will be settled in Australian dollars and transferred to your designated bank account. Claims usually take around 10 days to be processed, but this depends on the nature of the claim.
Q. Who is Zuji underwritten by?
A. Zuji is underwritten by Allianz Australia Insurance Ltd.
Q. Can I cancel my Zuji policy if I’m not happy with it?
A. You have 14 days from the date of issue of your Certificate of Insurance to cancel the policy. If cancelled within this cooling-off period, you’ll receive a full refund.
