Refunds, exchanges and returns for Wear It Out items
Wear It Out has made it very easy to return products you are not satisfied with and get an exchange or refund. You can return any unused product purchased from them within 100 days after receiving them for a money back refund, exchange or store credit. However, products such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are in their original packaging and that they have not been worn.
The cost of shipping or postage on return items is not refunded unless the reason for the return was a shipping error made by Wear It Out. Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items and you will be refunded through the same way that you paid for your original order.
