How do I use my Optomo promo code?
Whenever you shop from Optomo, you are required to enter a coupon code or a promo code in order to benefit from discounts. However, it is necessary to apply a coupon code in order to verify whether it is active.
Click the product that you wish you purchase from Optomo’s online store.
You will be directed to a page where you can see the details of your selected product. Select the size from the ‘Size drop down list’ as shown in the picture below and proceed to checkout by clicking ‘add to cart’.

Refunds, exchanges and returns for Optomo
You can return the products, ask for an exchange or repair and claim a refund if an item has a fault that you could not see when you purchased an item and if you received incorrect items. You can also return the products if it does not match the sample product that was shown to you when you purchased a product or if it does not perform as it was supposed to.
However, you should return the product in its original condition along with the proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice. The defective product will either be replaced or repaired and if it cannot be done, you will be given a full refund. Optomo has a right to charge you a 20% restocking fee if the product is returned without the original box or if there is a sign of use.
If you wish to return a product, Optomo will pay for the freight charges and where applicable, also for resupply of the products.
