This is a tremendous opportunity for a bright Performance Executive to join a tight group of online marketing professionals who are all leaders in their respective fields. Your core activity will consist of assisting with the business development, implementation, delivery and reporting of online performance marketing partnerships to both internal and external contacts.

Key Duties & Responsibility

Prospecting

Identify potential new partners across a range of niches

Make initial contact

Establish meetings or phone calls as appropriate

Pre-Sales

Use Research tools such as Google analytics, Hitwise and Google Adplanner to present finder.com.au websites to new and existing clients

Prepare Presentations in Powerpoint for pitch situations, liaising with the Performance Director

Attend business development meetings

Prepare Insertion Orders for Business Development

Check that accounting has invoiced correctly as per the Insertion Order and Delivery

On-boarding and Launch of New Partnerships and products

Source the details of products to be launched into a Template to feed into Publishing team, either via the client or the client website

Liaise with the Publishing team to ensure that the products are setup in our database of products

Liaise with Publishing and performance director to ensure that merchandising throughout the network is appropriate

Take screenshots when partnerships are live and send to the client

Tracking

Go into our tracking system and generate a pixel to be placed on the Client’s website

Send this pixel to the Client and liaise to ensure that it is correctly implemented

Ensure that tracking has been correctly implemented on the client side

Ensure that internal tracking systems are recording sales correctly

Ensure that our partner has organised for daily reports to be sent to us

Delivery

Take screenshots when partnerships are live and send to the client

Ensure that what has been agreed has been delivered to the client.

Regularly check Google Analytics to ensure that Click targets are being met

Regularly check 3rd party reporting to ensure that CPA, CPL and CPAA targets are being met

Aggregate reports in a presentable way to send to clients and internal stakeholders

Regularly check and monitor bespoke partnerships to ensure that we are meeting the target level of impressions and/or clicks and applications.

Consistently optimise to create strongest results for all finder.com.au partnerships

Skills and Experience

2-3 years experience working in an Ad Operations or Account Management Client Service team in an Agency or Publisher environment (or similar)

Experience managing across multiple partnerships at once

Experience in approaching, pitching and closing new business

Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Excel and Powerpoint

Essential that you have a passion for Online Media

Excellent client service manner

Desirable experience with Google Adwords

Desirable experience with technology such as Doubleclick, MediaMind
