How do I make a claim with Australian Seniors?
If you need to file a claim, take the following steps to ensure a speedy resolution.
Complete a claims form. Download the claims form from the website. Once complete, submit it – along with relevant documentation – to ACE Insurance within 30 days of the incident occurring.
Get in touch. Call the ACE Assist Line immediately and report the incident. ACE will put you in touch with hospitals and contact your family in Australia.
Attach documentation. Be sure to include receipts, reports from police, medical practitioners, transport carriers and any other document that could assist and support your claim.
Be cooperative. Besides being as truthful as possible when answering questions and supplying information about in the incident, you must also do your best to help ACE recover money payable to the policy. Be sure not to admit liability or promise to make payments without consulting with ACE first.
