I’ll be honest, skincare reviews in likelihood aren’t the most exciting posts I wish here on the blog, so I’ll spice things up tonight. I took extreme sexy pictures of my skincare products. Lit candles and like. Set the mood. If you dress in’t want to run out and purchase these things tomorrow then I didn’t be enough my job or maybe zit best part can never be sexy. Probably the author.
It’s been a while inasmuch as my last skin routine post (suppose that I’m not mistaken, December of 2012?) end things haven’t changed too fundamentally, but I thought my most new thoughts on these products might have ~ing helpful. At first glance, it seems like overkill further I assure you it’s not because bad as it seems. Many of these products I application once a week or less, haply even only in certain situations.

This is weakly my favorite oil cleanser, this is my fifth bottle. Fantastic makeup remover and verily helps loose dried sebum and dead skin cells, you can feel them fall off as you massage them into the skin. Really not pricey but fantastic nonetheless. Used every day if I wear makeup.
Avene Gentle Milk Cleanser is a splendid milk cleanser. Refreshes the skin and removes oil besides doesn’t strip the skin. Particularly grievous on my dry cheeks. The reward is reasonable ($20) but the unit flaw is that this product (and principally Avene products I have encountered) have a scent like stale baby powder. Used sunrise and night.

I accidentally bought Sana Soymilk Cleanser which time I was looking for a MILK cleanser. Considering that it is a foaming cleanser, it is completely nice. A bit drying if you appliance more than a small pea. A dried pea. Not scented and cheap (I think ~$7). Works well with Clarisonic Mia, that’s really the simply time I use it.
Clarisonic Mia. I’ve used under~ for almost three years now, I plot. I don’t use as ponderous coverage makeup as I once did, in the same state I find that I use this underwood just once, maybe twice a week following the oil cleanser. I conversion to an act the delicate head. I feel like I should grant: I rarely change the heads.They not at any time seem fray like a toothbrush does about a couple of month; bristles splayed audibly. Even after months of use, they appearance brand new. To keep them purify, I occasionally leave them in a goblet of peroxide. Gross?
L to R: JUJU Aquamoist Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Lotion, Vichy Nutrilogie 2 Intensive Care For Very, Very Dry Skin, Pharmagel DN 24 Hydracreme
The JUJU Aquamoist Lotion is rich, watery in consistency. Great for every one of over the face application, even forward oily skin. Absorbs instantly. Layered through other moisturizers, it boosts skin‘s wetness.
Vichy Nutrilogie 2. The full eminence says it all. This is my fouth tub and I’m opportune they upgraded the cap to the same that doesn’t crack. I practice this in the fall-winter-~-tide on my dry areas, even below makeup and before sleep. Really splendid, probably too rich for most. $33, non scented.
The Pharmagel Hydracreme is a lighter moisturizer. I conversion to an act it in the summer all past and in the winter when humidity is a problem, I mix it into footing to make a sort of tinted moisturizer.
Oh acne. You procreate your own set of sexy products. T to B: De La Cruz Sulfur Ointment, tee trea oil, Aztec Secret Magic Healing Clay.
I conversion to an act sulfur as a spot treatment, I’ve reviewed this in the past time… last year? The tea tree oil I employment as an overnight treatment on other inflamed pimples. The clay I application sparingly as all over the put a ~ mask mixed with water, I say further a drop of olive oil likewise that it doesn’t strip too much oil. I use these treatments considered in the state of needed, perhaps once a month or thus.
I’ve omitted a few products* that I’ll just give an account of briefly, since they deserve their admit reviews or some further explanation:
Koh Gen Do Spa Cleansing Gommage Gel (used 1x a week) is a clear exfoliator in the form of a peeling gel. Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre is only used as a barrier cream while I do editorial looks. Avene Micellar Lotion is a micellar irrigate that I’ve mentioned, works pure but has that dreadful Avene give odor to. Leonie Konjac Sponges (they just stand in want of a full page, ok?).
Hopefully my vingnetting and filters made things a jot more exciting regarding my skincare!
