Do you manage projects or changes within an organization? We are very excited to announce the details of our upcoming free breakfast event, “Change the way you manage projects for the better,” taking place on Tuesday, 25th November 2014 in the Drawing Room restaurant at Fortnum & Mason plc, London.
Not only will you enjoy a delicious full English breakfast at Fortnum & Mason to set you up for the working day ahead, but you will learn how it’s possible to minimize the risk in a project, improve bottom line, increase visibility and maximise your resources.
We are delighted to have a very special guest speaker – Bent Flyvbjerg, BT Professor, Chair of Major Programme Management at Saïd Business School, Oxford University – who is a leading international expert within the field of programme management and planning. He has also worked as a consultant to regulators, corporations, banks, national audit offices, the EU Commission and the United Nations, in addition to being an adviser to the UK, Dutch and Danish governments in formulating national policies for infrastructure, environment, transportation and science.
He will be talking about how best practices of project management within large-scale multinational organizations can benefit any size project or organization and how to avoid fatal mistakes.
In addition to Bent, we are very excited to share with you the experiences of our global customer David Eagan, Director of Professional Services – International, Perceptive Software (Part of Lexmark). He will share with you the challenges he faced within his company through quick growth, the complex demands of his customers and why he chose to take advantage of the latest in project management software on the salesforce.com platform. We are looking forward to hearing him share his experience with you, I particularly think the benefits and ROI he gained will really make you think.
