The citers—the first line of Film Academy of he Philippines members to preview the possible nominees for the Luna Awards in March—will begin previewing in December a shortlist of 20 films exhibited from January to October 2013.
This was announced by FAP Director-General Leo G. Martinez as he approved the first batch of shortlisted films to be previewed. He added that films shown in November and December, including those in the Metropolitan Manila Film Festival, will be previewed later.
Martinez also called for the injection of new citers for next year’s Luna awards.
The shortlist of films are the following (arranged chronologically as to date of exhibition):
