Published by HarperCollins, the print edition is 416 pages.

IGNITE ME is the third and final full-length book in Tahereh Mafi’s Shatter Me series.

There are so many books releasing the week of February 4th that I have read and loved or am dying to read. But the book I’ve been pining over for what feels like an eternity is IGNITE ME by Tahereh Mafi. I had the chance to read UNRAVEL ME super early and I took the opportunity to do so. Which seemed like a really good idea at the time. But the wait has been killing me.

I think this series is an amazing series. I think the author’s voice is unique and beautiful. I love her characters, even when they make me crazy – Juliette, I’m talking about you – and I am all sorts of terrified about just how things will end.

I don’t know if there has been buzz about this final book, if anyone got the chance to read it early, as I covered my ears and screamed “la, la, la, la, la” whenever I heard a peep about IGNITE ME. And I refused to take more than one glance at the various teasers the author posted on Facebook as the early ones I did see were absolutely torturous.

The countdown has begun, which makes me both excited and sad. I want to know whether the rebellion stands a chance. I want to know which side Warner will choose. I want to know which boy Juliette will.

But I have a feeling this final book will leave me in tears, that it will be the most angst-filled read of the series, but it will also be the most epic. And I cannot wait. I will be turning those pages into the wee hours of the morning to devour this one in just one sitting. Not just because I’m dying to know what happens, but because I’m terrified that someone will spoil the ending.

So while I normally would throw this on the “don’t let it end” pile to read later, I will be reading this the instant I have my copy. I just hope that if it does make me sob, scream or shout, I won’t wake everyone in the near vicinity.

And as thrilled as I am about the release of all of the titles listed below and a number of titles also releasing the week of February 4th, the book that tops the list, the book that I am the most desperate to discover, the book I have been waiting for the longest, and the book I’m the most terrified of saying goodbye to is IGNITE ME. Which is just a fraction of the reason why I just had to spotlight it as the book to watch this week.

What about you?

Have you been anxiously awaiting the release of IGNITE ME? Are you all sorts of nervous about how this series will end? Are you Team Warner or Team Adam? And who do you think Juliette will choose?

About the Book

Goodreads description:

The heart-stopping conclusion to the New York Times bestselling Shatter Me series, which Ransom Riggs, bestselling author of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, called “a thrilling, high-stakes saga of self-discovery and forbidden love”

Juliette now knows she may be the only one who can stop the Reestablishment. But to take them down, she’ll need the help of the one person she never thought she could trust: Warner. And as they work together, Juliette will discover that everything she thought she knew-about Warner, her abilities, and even Adam-was wrong.

In Shatter Me, Tahereh Mafi created a captivating and original story that combined the best of dystopian and paranormal and was praised by Publishers Weekly as “a gripping read from an author who’s not afraid to take risks.” The sequel, Unravel Me, blew readers away with heart-racing twists and turns, and New York Times bestselling author Kami Garcia said it was “dangerous, sexy, romantic, and intense.” Now this final book brings the series to a shocking and climactic end.
