Errr, WARNING. This post contains serious levels of blogger event bragging. Not for the envious amongst us so look away now if you're seriously NOT in the mood to read another blog post on how amazing my last weekend has been.

This could easily have been one of the best events I've been invited to since starting on the ol' blogging scene (and that's a whole year, say whaaaat). I was privileged to have helped the On The Beach crew bring it all together.

It all started with me pegging it to the Ibis hotel straight after work to check in and ushered up to my very own double room for the eve. I walked in and the place was immaculate. Macaroons and postcards left on the crisp white bedsheets, it was a piece of luxury, and a very welcome break from such a busy week. Little did I know my room would later be taken over by all the London & Brighton bloggers with face masks and bubbles galore. Loved every minute.

Couldn't resist chucking in this candid snap of Lilla Loves looking stunning at the screening. What a beaut she is.

After washing away the office sheen (bluergh) and sprucing myself up for the night ahead, we all flocked to the shores of Brighton to watch the Brighton Big Screening of Alpha Papa. Sure enough there was a special guest appearance. I met the legend that is Steve Coogs. We got a cheeky picture together, exchanged some awkward convo about me not having a clue how to use a DSLR and passing LelaLondon (check out her blog she's f%*king hilarious) my iphone to pap us together then ran off laughing like a little girl.

We kinda look like we could be best friends. Don't ya think?

I literally couldn't take my eyes off this pic all night. I mean, it's Alan Partridge!

Anyway, after hammering some ciders and chowing down on some delicious (but bloody spicy) steak burritos, we headed back to the hotel.

Everyone popped up to my room for some after-beach banter and all of a sudden doors opened up to a secret room with all the cosmetics, sweets, bubbly, cakes and chocolate brownies a girl needs for a MEGA good night. There were Lush products coming out of my ears; everywhere I looked was another blogger with a bright green face mask on - it was hilarious!

One of the highlights for me (aside from the prosecco and cupcakes) was being given our very own personalised dressing gowns. SO COOL. I feel like a boxer ready to take on the world whenever I pull it out after the shower.

Copious face masks, face mists and foot scrubs later my room started emptying out as the others retired for a good night's sleep before the creative day ahead. Of course, a few of us couldn't help ourselves by opening up another bottle and polishing all the crisps.

It would have been rude not to after all.

I woke up the next day with a knock to my door and in comes a beautiful bouquet of white roses - a thank you from the On The Beach and Epiphany PR lads and lasses for helping them plan such a killer event. They take pride place by my fireplace right now, nothing like fresh flowers to make a room feel homely.

Then it was on to the hotel breakfast. I LOVE hotel breakfasts. Just that feeling of being handed the green card to eat as much as you physically can and not be judged. I had 3 full english breakfasts to shake off the heavy head. Oh yes. This girl knows how to handle hangovers.

We finished the event congregating at the Pottery Café in Brighton, just a stones throw away from the hotel for a morning of peppermint tea and creativity. You can just about see the little cat dish I painted for my kitty Rocky. Ain't it cute? Looks even better glazed. Part of me wants to snatch it from the cat and use it for my cornflakes.

Here's to the next On The Beach event! Thanks so much to all who came, planned and made it hilarious. Including these legends (check them out asap):
